We have been continuing to run trips throughout the various state's of emergencies in Tokyo and the surrounding prefectures, but are taking all the precautions possible to continue to be able to provide a safe environment for our participants.
All participants will have the temperature taken via a no contact forehead thermometer at the beginning of each trip. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will not be permitted to join.
We care about health and safety and are implementing the following policies for our trips and will update things based on government and industry standard updates.
All gear and vehicle surfaces will be sanitized after each trip, and we will constantly monitor staff health and will cancel trips if the state of emergency in Japan is resumed.
Music will also be kept at a low level so no one needs to speak in an excessive voice to talk to someone else in the van.
Masks
We require at a minimum a 3 layer non-woven surgical style mask during transport and while indoors outside of meal times. No cloth or woven masks may be worn during transport.
We will provide KF94 masks at no charge for any participants who does not have an appropriate, these will be individually packaged and will be handed out at the pickup points with instructions on proper wearing.
