5/15 (Sun) Norikura-dake - Snow Climb - Backcountry Ski Option
This is an entry level snow hiking trip to the summit of Norikura-dake in the North Alps standing at just over 3,000 meters. Our route climbs up a large snow field that sticks around all the way through July. Then we head up a tail ridge onto the main summit ridge for some amazing 360 degree views. Our descent will be sped up by sledding down the main face of the mountain and along the snow field to get back to our starting point. 5/22(Sun) Daibosatsurei Hike, Wine Tasting, and Hotspring Trip
Daibousatsurei is one of the 100 famous mountains and is an easy hike with amazing views of Mt. Fuji and the Southern Alps. The hike is 6km long with just 400 meters of elevation gained. Around half of the hike is above tree line, so there are great views throughout! After the hike we will head to Budo-no-Oka (Grape Hill) where there is a great hot spring and a tasting room where you can try over 100 kinds of local wine. 8,900円+tax (Transportation and Hot Spring Entry included) Hiking Level: 1B |

7/3~7/9 (Sun~Sat) Hokkaido - Daisetsuzan and Yotei Trekking
We're escaping rainy season in Kanto and heading up to Hokkaido to attempt to tick off 4 of the 100 famous mountains of Japan. Daisetsuzan, Tomoraushi, Tokachi, and Yotei. This will include a 4 day 3 night trek in the Daisetsuzan National Park as well as two separate day climbs.
